Buchanan Crossings
Project Date: March 2025
Buchanan Crossings is a residential subdivision currently under development in Strathroy, Ontario (March 2025).
Van Bree Enterprises was contracted to complete site preparation and civil work at the early stages of the project.
Our work began with the careful stripping of topsoil and site grading to prepare the land for development. From there, our team is completing extensive earthworks and underground servicing to support future construction. Pipe work and additional infrastructure installation will follow as the project progresses.
With in-house expertise and equipment, and decades of years of experience in site development and civil construction, our team brings reliability, efficiency, and a deep understanding of local conditions to every project. The VB team is equipped to manage large-scale residential developments from initial site preparation through to underground pipe installation and more.
