Van Bree Infrastructure worked with Magil Construction on the development of a new medical-grade glove manufacturing facility in London, Ontario.

The VB team was responsible for:

- Installing sanitary sewers.
- Managing earthworks, including excavation, soil reshaping, and stockpiling topsoil and clay for future use.
- Constructing the parking lot.
- Handling foundation excavation and backfilling.

This is a 2-year project with seven phases. The large concrete structure was demolished and removed by VB crews using a breaker attachment on an excavator.

The Van Bree Infrastructure West crew installing sanitary sewers for two new high rises in London, Ontario. Working with Old Oak Properties, the VB crew also installed water main and storm sewers to complete the drainage puzzle for this large-scale development.

The installation of an an EZStorm Chamber at a new development on Fanshawe Park Rd in London. This EZStorm chamber is a system designed to manage stormwater runoff by capturing, storing, and gradually releasing rainwater during heavy storms. These chambers effectively prevent flooding and improve water quality by filtering pollutants. Once the system is installed, we cover it with a protective barrier and a layer of earth. This is one example of how our infrastructure teams are future-proofing builds for changing climate and weather patterns, to keep Southwestern Ontario strong and safe for decades to come.

On site in Sarnia, ON finishing a water main installation down Plank Rd. While we install the mainline water, our excavators must carefully dig around existing utilities and infrastucture to ensure full-system integrity. On this project, we also re-built and widened the shoulder of the road, creating a safer path for drivers.

Shoreline revetment project in Brights Grove, Ontario to prevent erosion. The VB team placed Rip Rap and Armour Stone to rebuild and reinforce the shoreline along gorgeous Lake Huron.
